Alton Daley, DO, CSCS, founder
Alton “Albee” Daley is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and current first-year Orthopaedic Surgery resident at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where he is pursuing a career as a Sports Medicine Orthopaedic Surgeon. He is a graduate of Touro College of Medicine, where he built off his undergraduate education in exercise science to strengthen his interests in not just surgery, but metabolic health, cardiorespiratory fitness and preventative medicine. He ultimately decided on surgery in effort to aid patients in successfully managing pain and discomfort to allow them to stay as active as possible, for as long as possible. Additionally, Albee is an NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with a passion for educating others on the role of physical activity, nutrition, & mental health in the optimization of one’s overall performance and wellbeing.
